A gang sheet builder for your WooCommerce store
Customers design and pay on your WordPress site, and the paid order lands in your queue with its press-ready file already generated. Cart hand-off and secure download tokens work out of the box.
How it connects to WooCommerce
Your WordPress site and your WooCommerce checkout stay as they are. The builder is linked from the products you want to sell as gang sheets and carries your branding.
When the sheet is finished it is handed to your WooCommerce cart at a price calculated from the sheet size and its contents. The customer pays in your checkout, and the paid order flows into your production queue with the file attached.
- Cart hand-off. the finished sheet becomes a cart line at the right price, automatically.
- Secure download tokens. print files are reachable through tokenised links rather than sitting at a guessable URL.
- Orders flow automatically. a paid WooCommerce order arrives in your queue with its press-ready file, without anyone copying anything across.
- Your payment setup. whatever you already use to take money in WooCommerce keeps doing exactly that.
This is the integration Buildaur itself was built against in a working shop, so the awkward parts of WooCommerce order handling are the ones it has already been through.
What your customers get on your WordPress site
The builder runs under your branding on your own storefront, with the design tools that stop an order turning into a support conversation.
- Text in your fonts. a full text tool with you controlling the available fonts.
- Names and numbers. team and roster work laid out from a list.
- A design library. searchable, with folders, so a repeat order starts from artwork already uploaded.
- Background removal and AI upscale. artwork cleanup at upload time, where it is cheap.
- Live resolution checks. effective print resolution on every image, with a warning before a low-resolution sheet is generated.
- Automatic nesting. efficient packing into your sheet sizes, with a manual mode available.
Keeping production and the storefront in step
The part that costs time is rarely the design. It is everything after payment: finding the file, checking it, getting it to the queue, and telling the customer where their order is.
Because the file is generated and validated as part of the order rather than afterwards, production works from a file that has already passed its checks, and status moves back to the order instead of living in someone's head.
Common questions
Does this need a WordPress plugin?
The builder is hosted and linked from your product pages rather than rendered inside your theme, so you are not maintaining a heavy plugin or worrying about a WordPress update breaking the canvas. The WooCommerce side handles cart hand-off and order flow.
Where do customers pay?
In your WooCommerce checkout, using your existing payment setup. Buildaur does not take over payments.
What about file security?
Print files are served through secure download tokens rather than a predictable URL, so a finished sheet is not sitting somewhere it can be guessed at.
How is the sheet priced?
By area, from the sheet sizes and per-square-inch rates you configure. DTF and UV DTF are separate products with separate pricing so they cannot be mixed up.
Can I sell premade designs as well as custom sheets?
Yes. Custom sheet building and premade or ready-made designs can both run from the same storefront and land in the same queue.
