Add a gang sheet builder to the website you already have
You do not need to rebuild your store to sell gang sheets properly. Buildaur adds the builder to the site you already run, keeps your branding and your checkout, and sends the finished sheet to production as a press-ready file.
What "adding a builder" actually means
The phrase makes it sound like installing a plugin and hoping. In practice there are only three things that have to be true, and it is worth knowing them before you compare options.
First, your customers need somewhere to design. That is a real application: a canvas, uploads, text, sizing, resolution checks. It runs under your branding and on your domain path, so as far as a customer is concerned it is part of your site.
Second, the finished sheet has to become a line in your cart at the right price. The builder works out the price from the sheet size and what is on it, then hands that to your store as something your checkout understands.
Third, once the customer pays, the sheet has to turn into a file you can actually send to production, and land somewhere your team works from. That is the part that is easy to skip when comparing tools and expensive to discover later.
Your checkout does not change. Customers pay in your store, with your existing payment setup, and the money moves exactly as it does today. Buildaur handles the design, the pricing maths and the print file.
You keep your store, your brand and your customers
The thing to avoid is a setup that pushes your buyer onto somebody else's domain to design their sheet. It costs you conversions, it puts another company's branding in the middle of your sale, and it makes support harder because half the journey happened somewhere you cannot see.
With Buildaur the builder carries your branding, your sheet sizes and your pricing. Customers create an account with you, their saved designs and their library live under your shop, and a repeat order starts from artwork they already uploaded.
- Your branding. colours and logo on the builder, on your own storefront path.
- Your pricing. your sheet sizes and your rate per square inch, with DTF and UV DTF kept separate.
- Your checkout. the customer pays you, in your store, through your existing payment provider.
- Your customer list. accounts and saved designs belong to your shop, not to a third-party marketplace.
If your site runs on a known platform
Shopify, WooCommerce and Squarespace are supported directly, and each one connects a little differently because each one handles carts differently. There is a page for each with the specifics.
Marketplaces work too, by a different route. Listings on Etsy or eBay send the buyer back to your own product page to customise and check out, so the marketplace brings the traffic and the order still lands in your queue with a print file attached.
- Shopify. link the builder from your product pages, and finished sheets drop into the Shopify cart at live per-square-inch prices.
- WooCommerce. cart hand-off with secure download tokens, and paid orders flow into your queue with their files.
- Squarespace. full checkout hand-off with automatic cart injection, and multi-design orders matched design by design.
If your site runs on something else
A custom site, a static site or a platform not on the list above is usually still workable. The test is simple: if your platform can accept a hand-off that adds an item to a cart at a price we send it, Buildaur can very likely feed it.
That is the same mechanism the marketplace listings use, so it is a well travelled path rather than a special case. If you are not sure whether your setup qualifies, describe it to us and we will tell you honestly whether it fits.
Common questions
Do I have to move my website?
No. Buildaur attaches to the site you already have. You keep your domain, your theme, your product pages and your checkout, and the builder is linked from the products you want to sell as gang sheets.
Will my customers know they left my site?
The builder carries your branding rather than ours, so it reads as part of your shop. The payment itself happens in your own checkout, which is the part customers actually scrutinise.
What if I sell on a marketplace as well as my own site?
Marketplace listings can route buyers back to your own product page to customise and pay. The marketplace supplies the traffic, your store takes the order, and it arrives in the same production queue as everything else.
How long does it take to set up?
Most shops are live the same day. The work is defining your sheet sizes and your pricing and linking the builder from your product pages. There is nothing to migrate by hand, and customers create their accounts the first time they use your builder link.
Does it work on phones?
Yes. The mobile builder has its own layout and selection controls rather than being a shrunken desktop canvas, which matters because a large share of storefront traffic is on a phone.
Keep your website. Add the builder.
Your store, your brand and your checkout stay exactly as they are. The builder and the print file are the parts we handle.
