Everything in the Buildaur gang sheet builder
Your customers get a real design tool on your own storefront, not an upload box. You get a press-ready file at the end of it. Here is the whole list, grouped by what it does.
What your customers can do on the sheet
The builder is the part your customers actually touch, so it carries real design tools rather than a bare upload box. Everything here runs in the browser on your own storefront, under your branding.
Add text in your fonts
A full text tool with font family, size, colour, spacing and alignment. You control which fonts are available, so a customer cannot pick something you have no licence to print.
Text templates
Save wording and styling your shop sells over and over, and let customers start from it instead of a blank sheet.
Names and numbers
Built for team and roster work. Enter the list of names and numbers once and the builder lays out a set, instead of the customer placing every jersey by hand.
Image templates
Pre-built layouts customers can drop their own artwork into, so a common order shape stays consistent every time it is ordered.
A design library with folders
Customers keep their artwork in a searchable library with folders, so a repeat order starts from a file they already uploaded rather than a fresh upload.
Alignment, rulers and zoom
Alignment tools, a ruler, snapping and zoom for customers who want their placement exact, plus a right-click menu and quick actions for the ones who do not.
Masking and image filters
Crop and mask artwork to shape, and apply image adjustments without leaving the builder.
Fix the artwork before it reaches your press
Most reprints start with a bad file, not a bad print. These tools let the customer clean up their own artwork at the point of upload, which is the only moment it is cheap to fix.
AI upscale
Runs a low-resolution upload through an AI upscaler so a small web image can be printed at a usable size. The customer sees the result before they commit to it.
Embroidery conversion
Converts artwork to an embroidery-style rendering for shops selling that look alongside their transfers.
Background removal
One-click background removal on an uploaded image, with a check at Generate that catches artwork still sitting on a solid background before it becomes a printed box.
Automatic transparent trim
Empty transparent padding is trimmed off every upload automatically, so artwork nests tightly instead of reserving space it never uses.
Replace a colour
Swap one colour in the artwork for another without going back to the original design file.
Knockout and white outlines
Handles the white-underbase cases DTF depends on, including knocking out pockets and restoring an outline ring around a design.
The checks that stop a bad sheet being ordered
A gang sheet builder that accepts anything just moves your problem to the press. Buildaur puts the quality conversation in front of the customer while they can still do something about it.
A live DPI reading on every image
Each placed image carries its effective print resolution, recalculated live as the customer resizes it. Stretch it too far and the number tells them before you do.
A warning before the sheet is generated
If artwork is below a usable resolution, the customer is warned at Generate rather than discovering it on a finished print.
A background check at Generate
Artwork that still has a solid background is flagged at the same moment, which is the single most common cause of a reprint request.
Auto-nesting, or full manual control
Filling a sheet efficiently is where your margin lives. The builder does it automatically, and gets out of the way when someone wants to place things themselves.
Automatic nesting
The builder packs artwork into the sheet automatically, rotating and arranging pieces to use the film rather than leaving gaps you still pay for.
Manual build mode
Customers who want to control the layout can switch to placing everything by hand, then switch back.
Your sheet sizes and your pricing
You define the sheet sizes you actually run and the per-square-inch price for each, with DTF and UV DTF kept as separate products so they never share a price table by accident.
Work that survives the browser tab
A customer who loses an hour of layout work does not come back. The builder is built around not losing it.
Save a design to an account
Customers save an in-progress sheet, come back later and pick it up, then reorder it outright when they need the same thing again.
Recovery if the browser dies
Work in progress is held locally as well as on the server, so a crashed tab or a flat battery is not a lost sheet.
Reorder without rebuilding
A past order can be sent straight back into production, which is most of the repeat business in a transfer shop.
It works on a phone
A large share of storefront traffic is on a phone, and a builder that only works on a desktop quietly turns those visitors away.
A builder laid out for touch
The mobile builder carries its own layout and selection controls rather than shrinking a desktop canvas down until nothing can be tapped.
See it with your own sheet sizes
